My advice is to go learn all you can. I spent a lot of my time poking around places and seeing how things worked. Part of my internship was to go around and catalog every building on Disney property. They had added so many temporary trailers, even they didn't know what they had. So in any case, it afforded me the opportunity to explore the entire workings of a theme park back and front.
